Business Hours

Lester Law maintains business hours Monday through Thursday from 9 am – 5 pm and Friday by appointment only. Lester Law is closed in observance of all national and court holidays.

Appointments

Meetings with Lester Law are by appointment only.

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled for another day.

While things understandably come up, clients must provide at least 4 hours advance notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Clients will receive one complimentary appointment missed without providing advanced notice. Afterward, any additional appointment missed without providing advanced notice will result in a fee of $50 charged to the client.

Client Communication

Lester Law uses the following methods to communicate directly with clients: phone, text, email, secure messaging, US mail, and voicemail. We work to make communication as convenient as possible for each client. As such, Lester Law strives to respond to all client communication by the end of the next business day.

It is important to note that while client communication may be responded to by the end of the next business day, all questions may not be answered within that time, especially if some research is required.

Clients can contact Lester Law outside normal business hours by sending an email or leaving a voicemail. Should an emergency arise outside of normal business hours, clients can contact Lester Law by leaving a high priority voicemail, an urgent email, or by texting the business number.

Although every effort is made to ensure electronic privacy, Lester Law suggests that clients not send any questions that may be sensitive or confidential through email.

This communication policy applies only to those who have retained the services of Lester Law. Communications of prospective clients and those making general inquiries should expect to be contacted within a week.

Lester Law will not speak to an unrepresented opposing party by phone.
